Brewfest sample email letter to Sponsors

I nearly forgot to mention something until I was reminded at my Rotary Club meeting. 

The best attended community event in the Katy Area is coming up on Friday & Saturday, May 1st and 2nd.  It is the Wild West Brew Fest (WWBF) (www.wildwestbrewfest.com) sponsored and managed by the members of the Katy Rotary Club.

Centered on a theme of Country-Western Music and one of the largest and best Craft Beer tastings in the nation, the WWBF will be occupying 140,000 sq ft at the north end of the Katy Mills Mall.  This is 3.5 times the size of the 2014 venue.  Some 7,000 attendees are expected and 9,000 plus is likely.

The urgency is that there are only a few weeks left to get your business involved.  

To be seen in a large, new community venue  by existing as well as potential new customers is a big positive.  Especially at a venue that is •fun, •lively, •has great music by 5 live bands, •dancing, •has awesome food & drink, •silent auction items, and • the net proceeds go to support the youth and charitable needs in our community. 

I thought that one of the Sponsorship opportunities might fit your business.  This is the only opportunity for many businesses to showcase their services/products, at one time and in one venue, to thousands from the Katy-Greater-Houston-Area.
