Wild West BrewFest Announces April 15–17, 2027 Dates

All-volunteer Katy Rotary event returns to Typhoon Texas for three days of craft beer, wine, spirits and live music — with 100% of net proceeds going back to the community

KATY, Texas — The Rotary Club of Katy today announced that the Wild West BrewFest (WWBF) will return to Typhoon Texas on Thursday, April 15 through Saturday, April 17, 2027. Named the #1 BeerFest in North America by BeerYeti.com for multiple years running, WWBF draws more than 7,000 patrons and gives away 100% of its net proceeds to local students and charitable organizations.

Founded by Katy Rotarians more than 15 years ago, WWBF is a member of the Brewers Association and the Texas Craft Brewers Guild. It is volunteer-created, all-volunteer run, and takes no fee — since its inception the festival has raised and donated more than $1.65 million to scholarships, school programs, and charities across the Katy community.

2027 Schedule of Events

Thursday, April 15 — K-Town Throw-Down: 6:00–9:00 p.m., free admission

Friday, April 16 — Launch Party: 7:00–10:00 p.m.

Saturday, April 17 — Wild West BrewFest: VIP 2:00–8:00 p.m. / General Admission 3:00–8:00 p.m.

Favorites include the H-E-B Wine Grotto — a climate-controlled escape in the heart of the festival pouring more than 50 wines from vineyards around the country — alongside dozens of craft brewers, distillers and cideries, live music, and local food vendors. The High Octane Zone, H-E-B Craft Beer Corral, American Furniture Warehouse Auction Tent, the Hop House sponsored by Truist Bank and H-E-B and much more!
